At Mina Fatima, every item is made-to-order and tailored to your unique preferences. As a result, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the customization process has begun.

No Refunds

  • Once production or customization has started, all payments are non-refundable.

  • We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, except where legally required.

Customization Adjustments (If There’s a Defect on Our Part)

We are committed to delivering products that meet the specifications agreed upon at the time of order. If you receive an item that has a clear defect or differs significantly from your confirmed customization details, we offer free adjustments under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Adjustments:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags).
  • You must provide proof of purchase and clear images of the defect.
  • Adjustments will only be offered if the defect or issue is from our side.
  • Adjustments are subject to feasibility and may take additional time.
